The target audience includes business leaders,
SME managers, relevant policy makers (ministries of finance, economy and planning, selected line ministries, agencies in charge of implementing the SDGs), financial institutions, the private sector, international development partners, regional and international organizations, civil society civil society, universities and researchers, as well as other national or regional stakeholders and partners.

At this forum, Mauritania welcomes economists, finance and development experts from all over the world.
More than five hundred guests will present their experiences and enrich the discussions with their ideas and experiences. The forum begins here, in Nouakchott, the capital of Mauritania, which moves confidently towards structural economic, financial and investment reforms, and advances towards the discovery of innovative and equitable perspectives for human well-being.
